Terms of Service

Diaro (the “Service”) is operated by Future Minds Academy Inc., a Florida corporation (“Future Minds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Diaro analyzes how artificial-intelligence answer engines may perceive a website and produces an “AI Visibility” report containing scores, suggested prompts, competitor comparisons, and recommendations. Reports are generated using automated crawling of publicly accessible web pages and third-party AI models.

Reports, scores, prompts, competitor names, and rankings are AI-generated estimates produced for informational purposes only. They are not guarantees of search ranking, visibility, traffic, revenue, or any other outcome, and they may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The Service offers a free scan, a one-time paid unlock of a full report, and recurring monthly subscription plans. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

• One-time unlock: a single payment that unlocks the full report for the associated site. Except where required by law, one-time fees are non-refundable once the report is unlocked.
• Subscriptions: billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Taxes: stated prices exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
• Payment processing is handled by a third-party processor; we do not store full payment card details.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others;
• Submit websites you do not have a lawful basis to analyze, or use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any party;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• Resell or redistribute reports as a competing data product without our written permission.

The Service relies on third-party AI models (including Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s models) and automated analysis. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and competitor information is AI-estimated rather than drawn from verified third-party datasets. The Service does not provide legal, financial, marketing, or other professional advice.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data and third-party materials), is owned by Future Minds and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and the reports generated for you for your internal business purposes.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced in the Service (including AI engine and competitor names) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REPORTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURE MINDS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Minds and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute not subject to arbitration, and you waive any objection to such venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
