Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Future Minds Academy Inc., a Florida corporation (“Future Minds,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use Diaro (the “Service”) at diaro.com. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Content you submit: website URLs you ask us to analyze, and the contact details and messages you send us (for example, when requesting a plan).
- Report data: the publicly available information we crawl from the sites you submit, and the reports we generate from it.
- Usage and device data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically.
- Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor; we receive limited transaction details but not full card numbers.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and generate reports through the Service;
- To create and secure your account and process payments;
- To communicate with you, including service and marketing messages you may opt out of;
- To improve and develop the Service;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where required (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. AI processing
To generate reports, we send limited information — such as the domain you submit and publicly available details about it — to third-party AI providers, currently Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI. These providers process the data to return analysis to us and handle it under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not use your data to train third-party models, and we instruct providers not to train on it where such controls are available.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers (subprocessors) that help us run the Service, including Supabase (database and storage), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing), Vercel (hosting), and a payment processor for billing;
- Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service;
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below; some information may be retained where required by law.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and hashing of passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in). We do not use them to sell your information. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents (under the CCPA/CPRA) have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any right, contact info@futureminds.io. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
11. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy from time to time; we will indicate changes by updating the “Last updated” date. For questions or requests, contact info@futureminds.io, Future Minds Academy Inc., Florida, USA.
